Natural Collagen is a fragile protein gel however Polish biochemistry has proven ingenious and managed to lock it intact in a sterile glass bottle. This delicate preparation, being still in its "live" form, biologically active and entirely natural at the same time, can be kept at room temperature and will preserve it's incredible skin repair properties if stored between 5 - 28 °C !
There is no other such collagen product in the cosmetic world!
A few things to keep in mind:
-
Natural Collagen (Platinum, Silver and Graphite) comes with a thick polystyrene foam cover which protects the glass bottle against temperature changes. To ensure stable temperature conditions it's recommended to keep the bottle in this cover at all times.
-
Keep it far from the heaters or direct sunlight
-
When travelling, never put it in the car's boot (additionally when it's hot, use a cooler bag)
-
During hot days you may consider storing it in the fridge but make sure the temp. in the fridge is not lower than 5°C. When stored in the fridge keep it in the polystyrene foam cover.
WHAT TO DO WHEN IT GETS OVERHEATED ?
Don't cry and don't throw it away!
It's true that when overheated collagen despiralizes and is no longer a biologically active protein. It will loose its skin repair properties, however it will preserve its moisturizing properties. Use it for baths or rub it in your feet or hands.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY COLLAGEN IS OVERHEATED ?
It will change its form from gel into liquid.
