Active Natural Collagen is a sole-trader company registered in the Republic of Ireland, distributing Colway products based on Natural Collagen obtained from fish skin.
PAYMENT & DISPATCH
All goods are dispatched within 3 working days from the date of cleared payment. Any non stocked items will be placed on back order and will be shipped out as soon as they are back in stock. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks for a back order to be delivered unless otherwise stated. No extra delivery fees will be charged on back orders.
When ordering directly from our shop you can only make payment via PayPal. In such case your order will be sent to your PayPal address. Please make sure your address is correct before we post as we won’t be able to amend your shipping details after your order has been dispatched.
RECEIPTS/INVOICES
All our products’ prices are VAT inclusive.
Active Natural Collagen will issue an invoice for each of your purchases.
Please retain your receipt in case of possible returns/refunds.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We ship our goods only within the Republic of Ireland.
Shipping charges differ depending on the weight of your order. We send our good via Irish An Post services.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have a statutory right to cancel/return your order within 14 days from the date of your purchase. If you wish to do so, please contact us by email. Refunds will only be made once goods have been returned in original packaging with seals intact. Due to the type of product we send, refunds are not due to those who have tampered with or opened the product.
Special conditions apply to Natural Collagen (Platinum, Silver and Graphite):
Natural Collagen preserves its biological activity in temperature between 5-28ºC. In hot or very cold weather we try to make sure that items are delivered to our customers in the best possible condition (your goods will be securely packed in a box filled with extra polystyrene foam bits for additional protection against temperature changes), however we can’t be sure how order is handled once it leaves our warehouse.
Please inspect your item carefully as soon as you receive it. Instructions on how to inspect your product will be sent with your order (when applicable).
Please make sure you've read instructions about How to store Natural Collagen.
If Natural Collagen (Platinum, Silver, Graphite) has been affected by the weather and arrived defective we will offer full refund (covering the cost of delivery and return) or we will offer exchange (also covering the cost of delivery and return). Customer will have to return defective item to us in conditions as stated above (sealed and unused, in original packaging).
All goods must be returned together with the receipt of purchase.
We cannot accept returns without valid details.
If your returned order is not defective or was defective but used - we will NOT refund your item cost, delivery cost or return cost.
Please email us for detailed instructions about refund/exchange BEFORE sending back the item.
All the above terms and conditions apply only to online orders.

ORDERING DIRECTLY FROM DISTRIBUTORS
If you choose to order goods directly from one of our Distributors, please contact one who lives within your area, either by email or phone. List of Distributors is available on our About Us page.
All arrangements should be made between the Distributor and the Customer.
Active Natural Collagen does not take any responsibility for orders placed directly from our Distributors. All issues should be discussed directly with the Distributor from whom the goods have been purchased.
SPECIAL OFFERS published on Active Natural Collagen website do not apply when you order directly from the Distributor.
