- Note: Natural Collagen Q5-26 preserves its properties in room temperature (5-28°C); however it is highly recommended to keep the collagen in its original styrofoam package to ensure optimum temperature. Application method (on hands): - after each time you wash your hands, apply Collagen on WET skin - rub the gel gently into your nails and wait untill its absorbed - apply an intensively moisturizing hand cream afterwards - you can use a nail enamel immediately after the collagen has been absorbed Application method (on hair): - wash your hair with a shampoo and rub Collagen into WET skin and hair - either leave it without rinsing and blow dry your hair after about 15 minutes - or use it as a mask: leave it for 20 min and rinse it away with a collagen solution (1 teaspoon of collagen dissolved in lukewarm water) Application method (on feet): - rub the collagen into clean WET feet and wait untill it soaks in - peeling and pedicure are highly recommended as they increase collagen absorbtion Application method (on whole body): - In home baths: apply 20-30 ml per bathtub (water temp. 30°C) - Collagen absorbtion will be increased when used in pearl ozone baths
