Usage:
Take 1 capsule per day. (200mg of vitamin C)
Do not take it with any meal containing fruits, vegetables or other natural sources of vitamin C.
Most animals can produce their own vitamin C, but humans have lost this ability. The human body does not produce vitamin C in the liver. There is an increased demand for vitamin C supplements as we cannot always effectively ensure a regular vitamin C intake.
Ascorbic acid is usually synthetized from corn dextrose. It constitutes all or part of the composition of the majority of the products distributed as vitamin C. It is poorly absorbed by the body, and taking it regularly or in high doses can cause adverse health effects.
Bioorganic, completely natural and levorotatory Vitamin C-olway is absorbed in the same way as the vitamin C obtained from food as its origin is the same.
